As an MOE registered language school, we have many years of experience in teaching foreign languages to both children and adults.

We Start With You

Do you want to learn Japanese to prepare for studying in Tokyo or learn Korean for the love of K-Pop or to better understand Korean serials on TV?  Or are you looking to travel to Europe for leisure or business? Agape School offers a variety of languages, including Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, German, French or Spanish - just to name a few.

And if you are looking for a language school for your child, Agape School has trained teachers who have experience in coaching primary and secondary school students foreign languages in lieu of mother tongue.

Korean Beginner 1

I am a process mechanical engineer, Peruvian by birth, who recently arrived to Singapore to take on my duties for SBM in Keppel Shipyard; on arrival I was informed that I had to move to Angola to head the Paenal Yard Joint Venture. The partners are Sonangol of Angola and DSME (Daewoo) of Korea; as I do speak Portuguese I was highly interested and motivated to take on this opportunity to learn Korean as I would interact extensively with the Daewoo engineers and managers. After looking into several internet forums, I came across the name of ASE Singapore. i came to the school with reservations as i usually am very demanding when it comes to education. My knowledge of Korean was zero at the time I approached ASE. After the first class, I thought I had hit the jackpot and after 20 hours of classes I have to say I made the best investment with no doubt the best teacher and the best school I could find in Singapore for the Korean language. The system I have been thought is simple but effective to the point that now I can read and write Korean, although that does not mean I understand it, it is the first small step to master the language. Learning in ASE is easy and fun and I look forward to the coming parts of my learning process.

The school is a welcoming and cosy spot. Class resources/ facilities are ample, and one can depend on the school to make arrangements should things not work out well. It's good to know that the school is concerned about its students as individuals - not solely in terms of academic progress. With the new guidelines, it is hoped that teaching among the various teachers would be somewhat standardised in terms of expected outcomes (And not individual teaching styles).

Beginner French

Having studied French at several different centres, ASE Singapore is unique in that it does away with the one size-fits all approach and customizes its French programme to suit individual needs – and surpasses your wildest expectations. I ended up passing DELF A1 and A2 levels with results I couldn’t believe! Furthermore, the teacher combines fun and efficacy in potent blend so I leave each lesson exhausted but extremely satisfied. And I did this in six months while serving full-time national service. So if you’re NS men and you want to ORD with a new language under your belt, ASE is definitely the place to help you get it!

Mandarin Beginner 1

I would like to thank ASE and its staffs for their gracious support during my course. The teacher was professional and patient. The lessons were easy to understand. The school is easily assessible. And most importantly, ASE provides student care and ample opportunities to practice the language via skype interactions, online learning aids and gatherings during and after course, which i find unique about ASE.

Beginner French

I came to ASE because i wanted to study Patisserie in France and i needed to learn the French language. You took me under your wings and i have been learning French from you for 3 months and i never want to stop learning! However, i have to go and it is thanks to you that now i can go to France to pursue my dreams. Your lessons aren't like any other lessons i've had in my life! They are vivid, clear and exciting and i look forward to every class! In some way, attending lessons at ASE are like coming to visit a friend. Our conversational lessons always leave me with a huge stack of new words or French phrases to learn. I remember you telling me once, that i will be "le poisson dan I'eau" which means that i will be like a fish in water when I'm there, accustomed to French culture! That is thanks to you for being such a fantastic teacher to me both in French and in life! I have you to thank for if i don't get lost in Paris because of the many hours you have spent with me outside of class telling me stories of Paris and going through maps with me, answering all my questions about living in France. When i come back from my adventures in the great city of Paris and Lyon, i'll be sure to visit you and make you your very own Baba 'O' rhum a la minute style! Your long wait for the dessert will be well worth it, i promise! Till then, you have to promise to never taste another Baba O'rhum until you see me once again! Haha! I know you will continue inspiring others with the joy of learning French and pass on the passion and life of the language as you have done with me. You are such a wonderful teacher and friend, i hope i've been a pleasure to teach as well. I believe the word I'm looking for is Enchante! And take care!

Vietnamese Beginner 1

I took Vietnamese lessons with Co Bich over a period of two and half years. I was a complete beginner but thanks to the dedicated efforts of Co Bich I was able to pick up the basics very quickly. Co Bich was an inspiring and lively instructor. She set high standards for her students in both grammar and pronunciation. I was most impressed with Co Bich's enthusiasm in teaching foreigners to learn and appreciate Vietnamese language, culture and customs. Her zealous adherance to the more graceful Hanoi pronunciation (vis-a-vis Saigon pronunciation) was reassuring. She was also kind enough to customize teaching materials for me, allowing me to learn at a pace that fit my schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend Co Bich and ASE Singapore for any one serious in learning Vietnamese.
