German Course (part-time)


Besides being the language of technological advancement, the German language also has a rich history and cultural heritage. And not to forget, with close to 100 million native speakers and another 80 million non-native speakers, German plays an important role in Europe. It is also an official working language of the European Union.

Even though you're in Singapore, you can take a German class and become part of this all!

What will you learn?
 
During this German language course, we will work from day one to get you to start speaking German, so that you will be able to feel at ease when traveling through Europe or otherwise interacting with German speakers. Examples of what you will be able to do after the beginner course:
 
- Introducing yourself
- Describing a simple problem and asking for help
- Know about German cultural habits and conventions
 
What kind courses do you offer?
 
You can take our "German for general purposes course" in different formats:
 
- Part-time group tuition, or
- Individual tuition, both Full-time or part-time

What are the timetables like?

Lessons can be:

- once a week (1 lesson per week, 2 hours per lesson) E.g. Mon, 19.00-21.00

- twice a week (2 lessons per week, 2 hours per lesson) E.g. Tue/Thu, 19.00-21.00

- 3 times a week (3 lessons per week, 2 hours per lesson) E.g. Mon/Wed/Fri, 11.00-13.00

- every day (5 lessons per week, 2 hours per lesson) E.g. Mon-Fri, 14.00-16.00

Can I join this course?
 
If you are a complete beginner in German, you can directly sign up for one of the sessions below, no questions asked. If you already have some knowledge of German language, we will invite you to a short assessment before recommending an appropriate class to you.
 
How will I know my progress?
 
At regular intervals, we will administer a German language tests to make sure that you are on track to achieve your learning goals.
 
What can I do at the end of my German course?
 
At the end of your course, you may continue your studies and enrol for the next course level. This is provided that you pass your progress test and there is a minimum number of students who wish to continue learning German.
