Yago Pte Ltd (“Yago”) and its staff and employees honour and respect your privacy and pledge to maintain a set of policies which will protect the personal information which you provide to Yago through the yago.sg Web Site, and also provide Yago access to such information to enable Yago to provide quality services to you as a visitor, user or customer of Yago and the other users. Please note that the mere use of the yago.sg Web Site does not create a fiduciary relationship between you and Yago. In addition, Yago does not accept unsolicited instructions or information through the yago.sg Web Site.

Otherwise, Yago will not reveal details of your personal information/data to any other person unless Yago has your permission or is under either a legal obligation or any other duty to do so. All the information that you provide is treated as confidential by Yago and is stored on secured facilities. To provide its services to you, Yago will use a “cookie”. The information will be destroyed if you apply to deregister your records, thereby terminating your access to yago.sg. You also have the right on payment of an administrative fee prescribed by Yago to request access to and correction of your personal information held by Yago.
