Melina is very good. She is very patient, friendly and lively character. She always tries to impart french culture rather than just blindly teaching french. She gives good examples in between the sessions, which makes the listener to understand it well. The only improvement that could be needed is the English fluency. I am looking forward to join the next levels after sometime (during which I can improve my basic fluency...) Thank you.

Miss Julie was very concise in her teaching, and knew exactly how to cater to a beginner's needs. I learnt alot from her, especially under the flexible style of the course. My mum and I appreciated the fact that she personalised the lesson, taking feedback from her students as she went along. The notes provided were also very helpful, and definitely helped me to understand french culture more. An excellent teacher.

I really enjoyed her lessons in the introductory course! Her lessons are usually very interactive and engaging and this really helped us in picking up a foreign language. It would be nice to have her as my teacher again for the beginner's class!

She was friendly from the very first lesson, which put us all at ease. She made learning fun and interesting, using wit and humour. I think I've benefitted from the Introductory Course, but it was too short. :P Would love to have Mélina teach us again if possible!

Instructor was very friendly and casual which made the class enjoyable. However, I was still having trouble pronoucing the words and forming sentences through verbal exercises because learning a language is never one of my strong points, and because this was a short course.

Melina is a person that can takes everybody's attention without forcing them to. She has a very positive attitude, and always makes learning French fun. I remembered when there is a boy in my class that was not in a good mood, and she made him smile. The class become so lively afterwards. She also always give ways to easily remember how to pronounce the words (this is important!). Although it's just an introductory class, I learned so much about French culture, that makes me want to know more, so I decided to apply for the next level!

I have just completed the introductory course and my tutor was Melina. Melina is friendly and cheerful which made me less shy to approach her whenever I have doubts. Melina made effort to hit lesson’s objective and she is always willing to share more information and knowledge with us. The lessons were never bored and Melina makes sure that everyone gets a chance to participate. I will definitely go back to French Toast to learn more of French language and Melina’s class will be my first choice.

I would like to say that I really enjoyed my lessons with Melina, she makes learning fun and interesting. Especially when we have difficulty pronouncing certain words, she will try different ways to help us and I really like her energy! I would like to continue learning more of this beautiful language.
